The Concept
[AT+ICA] is a top-level (European) network of attorneys with specific expertise in export controls, economic sanctions, investment screenings and other regulatory controls.
The network is informal and independent: it’s a network of experienced professionals, not a network of law-firms, primarily serving as an international platform for discussion and the exchange of knowledge and best practices between the members, but also to advocate common views with international, European & national authorities.
The Focus
The main focus of [AT+ICA] is on sanctions and export controls. Nonetheless, as we see an uprising trend in the field of international trade compliance to include anti-bribery & corruption and foreign direct investment issues, and as these developments are often closely related, we discuss and work around these developments as well…
